Cancellation Policy

BOOKING POLICIES By scheduling an appointment with Integrity Lab Solutions, you acknowledge and agree to the following: • Payment is required before appointment confirmation unless otherwise stated. • Appointment fees cover scheduling, specimen collection services, administrative processing, supplies, and applicable travel fees. • A minimum of 24 hours' notice is required to cancel or reschedule an appointment. • Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours' notice are not eligible for a refund. • No-show appointments are non-refundable. • Mobile clients must be available and reachable at the scheduled appointment time. If we are unable to reach you within 15 minutes of arrival, the appointment will be considered a no-show. • Refunds are not provided for completed services, no-show appointments, late cancellations, client refusal of service after arrival, or collection attempts that cannot be completed due to client-related circumstances. • If a redraw or return visit is required due to client unavailability, failure to follow instructions, missing documentation, missing collection kits, or other client-related circumstances, additional service and travel fees may apply. • Travel fees are non-refundable once travel has begun. • One courtesy reschedule may be offered at the discretion of Integrity Lab Solutions. Additional rescheduling requests may require a new appointment and payment. • Integrity Lab Solutions provides specimen collection and specimen transport services only. Laboratory testing is performed by certified third-party laboratories. • Integrity Lab Solutions reserves the right to refuse or discontinue service if safety concerns exist, required documentation is not provided, or service requirements cannot be met.
