REDRAW & RETURN VISIT POLICY

 

At Integrity Lab Solutions, patient comfort and quality specimen collection are our priority.

In some situations, a specimen collection may need to be rescheduled due to:
• Difficult veins
• Dehydration
• Anxiety or discomfort
• Incomplete specimen collection
• Insufficient sample volume
• Laboratory redraw requests

 

As a courtesy, Integrity Lab Solutions may provide one complimentary redraw or return visit for incomplete collections within our standard service area.

 

TRAVEL FEE POLICY FOR RETURN VISITS

 

0–10 Miles

Complimentary Return Visit

 

10–20 Miles

Reduced Travel Fee (50% of standard fee)

 

20–30 Miles

Reduced Extended Travel Fee (50% of standard fee)

 

Return visit fees are based on travel distance and are not additional collection fees.

 

SPECIALTY LABORATORY KITS

 

• Replacement kits and shipping materials may need to be issued directly by the laboratory.
• Patients may be responsible for coordinating replacement kit delivery with their ordering provider or laboratory partner.
• Integrity Lab Solutions provides specimen collection and specimen transport services only. All laboratory testing is performed by certified third-party laboratories.

 

PATIENT COMFORT & SAFETY

 

Patients may request to pause or discontinue collection at any time during the appointment.

 

Our goal is to provide a calm, supportive, and professional experience while ensuring patient safety and specimen quality.

 

If a redraw is needed, we will work with you and your laboratory provider to make the process as smooth and stress-free as possible.
