Do you come to my location?
Yes. We provide mobile specimen collection services at your home, workplace, assisted living facility, or other approved location throughout our New Jersey service area.
What services do you offer?
We provide mobile specimen collection for blood work, specialty lab kits, DOT drug test collections, DNA specimen collections, early gender reveal testing, and fingerprinting services.
Do I need a lab order?
A valid lab order is required for most blood specimen collection services unless otherwise specified by the laboratory provider.
Do I need a doctor's order for Early Gender Reveal testing?
No. A doctor's order or referral is not required for Early Gender Reveal testing. Appointments can be booked directly through Integrity Lab Solutions.
How accurate is Early Gender Reveal testing?
SneakPeek Clinical testing is reported to be over 99.9% accurate when performed at 6 weeks of pregnancy or later and collected according to laboratory guidelines. Results are provided directly by the laboratory.
How does specialty lab kit testing work?
After purchase, your kit is shipped directly to your address. Once your kit arrives, Integrity Lab Solutions will schedule your specimen collection. Your specimen is then returned to the laboratory for processing.
Who performs the testing?
Integrity Lab Solutions provides specimen collection and transportation services only. All laboratory testing and analysis are performed by certified third-party laboratories.
Do you offer immigration DNA testing?
Yes. We can assist with immigration DNA testing through our laboratory partners. Complete the intake form and a team member will review your information. Once approved by the laboratory, Integrity Lab Solutions performs the specimen collection.
Do you offer drug testing for employers?
Yes. We provide DOT drug test specimen collection services for employers, owner-operators, and individuals.
Will my insurance cover the collection fee?
Integrity Lab Solutions does not bill insurance. Collection fees are self-pay unless otherwise specified. Laboratory fees are determined separately by the testing laboratory.
When will I receive my results?
Turnaround times vary depending on the test and laboratory. Results are provided directly by the laboratory, ordering provider, or Medical Review Officer (MRO) when applicable.
Do you provide medical advice?
No. Integrity Lab Solutions provides specimen collection and laboratory testing coordination services only. We do not diagnose medical conditions, provide treatment recommendations, or interpret laboratory results.
Do you accept insurance for wellness laboratory testing services?
No. Wellness laboratory testing services coordinated through Integrity Lab Solutions are self-pay services.
Will you interpret my laboratory results?
No. Laboratory results should be reviewed with your licensed healthcare provider. Integrity Lab Solutions does not interpret results or provide medical advice.
What areas do you service?
Integrity Lab Solutions provides mobile specimen collection services throughout New Jersey. Service availability may vary based on location and appointment availability.
Do you provide services outside of New Jersey?
No. Integrity Lab Solutions currently provides services within New Jersey only.

How long does an appointment take?
Most appointments take approximately 15–30 minutes, depending on the service being performed and the number of specimens being collected.
What should I do before my appointment?
Unless your laboratory order requires fasting, we recommend drinking water and eating normally before your appointment. Please inform your phlebotomist if you have a history of fainting, dizziness, anxiety, difficult blood draws, or any medical condition that may affect specimen collection.
What should I have ready for my appointment?
Please have a valid photo ID, laboratory order (if required), collection kit (if applicable), and any instructions provided by your healthcare provider or laboratory.
