We provide mobile specimen collection for blood work, specialty lab kits, drug and alcohol test collection, DNA services, early gender DNA collection, and fingerprinting.
Do I need a lab order?
Yes, a valid lab order is required for blood specimen collection services unless otherwise specified.
How does specialty lab kit testing work?
After purchase, your kit is shipped directly to your address. A licensed physician from the laboratory provider reviews your information and authorizes the testing order. Once your kit arrives, a team member will contact you within 24–48 hours to schedule your specimen collection.
Your sample is then returned to the laboratory provider for processing, and results are reviewed and reported by their medical team.
How does specialty lab kit testing work?
After purchase, your kit is shipped directly to your address. Once received, a team member will contact you within 24–48 hours to schedule your specimen collection.

Who performs the testing?
All laboratory testing and analysis are performed by certified third-party laboratories. Integrity Lab Solutions provides specimen collection and transport services only.
Do you offer early gender reveal services?
Yes, we offer early gender DNA collection as early as 6 weeks of pregnancy. Specimens are collected by our team and sent to our trusted partner, SneakPeek, where testing is performed by their certified laboratory partners. Results are provided directly by the laboratory.
Do you offer drug testing for employers?
Yes, we provide DOT and non-DOT drug test specimen collection services for individuals and businesses.
When will I receive my results?
Turnaround times vary depending on the test and laboratory. Results are provided directly by the laboratory or designated Medical Review Officer (MRO).
